Microcement is a decorative cement coating, between 1 and 3 mm thick, offering varied colours and finishes. Highly flexible and resistant, it is suitable for covering all kinds of surfaces.

Microcement has many different uses. It can be applied as a coating over floors, walls, staircases, ceilings, furniture and architectural elements. It can also be applied to enhance the finish of exposed concrete.

Microcement is applied in multiple layers. The number of layers needed depends on the existing support. Between all layers, we apply sealants, fillers, lacquers and primers.

Its quick application is one of the most important advantages of microcement. However, we must bear in mind that it is a material that goes through its drying process in situ, and it needs 4 weeks to be completely dry. It is therefore during the first month when we must take special care not to damage it. Beware of factors such as humidity, as they can affect the drying process.
